Review in English and Spanish. Please review before to hire an attorney. I did not do that with her. Therefore, I would have understood how she really treats other human being. All the reviews are still right in 2023. Not improvement. Maria was manipulating me in accepting being guilty or to accept something I have not done at all when she understood I was not guilty at all. She kept pushing, posponing, and wasting time for 5 months, charging the money, did not show to 1st court, and told me not to show to my first court. The judge explained me if I would have not showed I would have been arrested. She also showed about 30 minutes late to another, and I gave her about 20 documents for 2 months she kept them not submitted to court as she said. Yes, her attitude is unethical, unprofessional and belittled me. With lack of emotional intelligence and more. She yelled at me saying " I am your lawyer I know what I am doing." Told me I can leave the country without permission, was wrong I could have been arrested, need court order. Did not do the work.

Fue una experinecia horrible, solo me quito mi dinero, sabia que estaba actuando mal. me quizo obligar a ser culpable y que segun a menos codigo penal cuando soy y ella sabe que soy innocente. Y no le improta tu bienestar, al contario su actitud es falta de Etica professional, te grita, te trata como si ella es superior, te dice "Soy soy tu abogada y se lo que estoy haciendo" me dijo que no me presentara a la corte y el juez dijo que si not me presentaria me iban a arrestar, me dijo que no necesitaba permiso para salir del pais y no era cierto, no se presento 1 vez y llego tarde 2 veces, no presento mis documentos cuando dijo sino 2 meses despues. Falta de Intelligencia emocional

I have finally become strong enough mentally to fight and this attorney nor her office has even bothered to email me back. A case against FASFA and Univ Of Phoenix. Just a reference for the proper law arena would have been enough. Paper trails and such easy traceable proof I just do not get it.
LOOKS LIKE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS ATTORNEY...
