i had a case in Trinity county where my rights where totally violated and my possessions where taken. Mr. Berg and his crew got things as good as they could be when dealing with a corrupt system that tried sticking it to me for no reason! I'd go with Berg when dealing with a criminal case in Trinity Co.

My brother was a client of his office, they took so long to file a single petition that the judge had to dismiss my brothers case because they decided to not show up for his case! My brother was extremely frustrated, angry that this happened he called and told them to forget about it and he wanted his case handed back to him and he will find himself a new lawyer. We are very disappointed that this happened. Something needs to change on how they get things done around there, not showing up or not returning phone calls is not the best practice for a law firm. They never return phone calls! This attorneys staff seriously has something wrong with all of them! I will never ever do business with them again and I will tell everyone I know and whoever will listen to me the same thing! Shouldn't a lawyer be all for their clients and not just when they feel like working for their clients cases! Never in my life have I met a person who was all about getting money instead of helping people who need it! Will be finding a new lawyer and will be filing a suit against this attorney because no person should at any point in time have faith in their attorney and just get screwed later! It's very unprofessional!
