Obsessed with Haylee's work! She has done my hair twice now, great conversation good vibes and always has the best hair advice and products to try. Just booked my 3rd appointment with her great place to be!

I wish I could put a negative star. This salon owner is beyond unprofessional and immature.

I went in with highlights (professionally done) and blonde ends I did myself. I requested to be as blonde as possible. I showed 3 photos referencing the stylists own work of what I was looking for and was told it was absolutely do able. I left with ZERO blonde and dark brown hair.

I cried in my car when I left. I am due to have a baby in 3 weeks and wanted to feel good about myself. I then reached out to the owner for a refund of the whopping $200+ I paid to receive the exact opposite of what I asked for and was told I would get what I paid for sitting in the chair.

The owner, Haylee did not even respond to me and even blocked me on social media without even speaking to me. Haylee then emailed me back after the fact of blocking me and told me I don't deserve a refund.

This is the utmost unprofessional and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Haylee the owner is beyond unprofessional and had zero sympathy for my experience at her salon. I do no recommend this salon to anyone EVER! I have never been treated so awful in my life.
