I have been going to Society Style Lounge for my last four haircuts and I must say, this place is everything a salon should be. Each time, Erin Ashley has styled my hair and it is exactly how I like it. She is very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I have a hard time sitting still for a cut and she made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this salon as it is consistent, clean and I just love Erin.

I don't know where to begin. I had the most ridiculous unprofessional experience. I made an appointment with Sarabeth (don't ever recommend) she booked me for a some chunky Carmel pieces through my dark hair. Any shades of Carmel honestly I would of been satisfied. After exchanging text messages with Sarabeth (stylist) prior my appointment she gave me a estimate on price. She quoted me 50$ a hour and it should take her 4-5 hours. She said she would be able to accomplish the color under 4 hours. It actually took me 4 & half which is fine. Still under the fifth hour. However when I looked at my credit card charge it was an over charge. When I messages her instead of handling it professionally and saying something on the lines of "I'm sorry let me fix that" she was argumentative and told me "let me just give you all your money back". I also let her know my hair didn't turn out anything like my pictures I showed her. She wasn't professional at all. Simply argumentative the whole conversation. I was honestly shocked. In the end many text messages were exchanged and ultimately she did give me half of what was charged on my credit card (which was not fair) when my hair was never remotely done correct and kept my tip. I was over charged and unsatisfied with my hair. It looked like a brown blended mess. Nothing what I asked for. I don't think she deserved keeping my tip or did I deserve the over charge and the attitude I received when I let her know what she did. Never once did I get "I'm sorry for either" until I texted her I will not be going back for her to fix my hair I just would appreciate my money back. Then she wanted to inform me on policy when she stated the complete opposite on the phone a day earlier. The whole experience was horrible. I have all the text messages to prove how horrible she was. This is why people find it difficult to TRUST people to do their hair! Ridiculous and horribly unprofessionalism. Thank Goodness for the Sally's beauty supply girl who helped me choose what I need to fix my hair. She was very helpful and sweet and new exactly what to offer me. I came home and fixed my hair. It looks decent again.
