McDonald's

Nothing wrong with the food, it's your typically mcdonald's quality. However the workers here are not at all educated on how the app works and if they are they were taught wrong. DO NOT order for curbside here if you actually want curbside side. I was told a higher up at this store is asking employees to not bring out curbside orders until they see the email receipt because for some reason the "PAID" in all caps and bold letters on their app isn't enough proof my food was already paid for. Lady insisted that page saying my food will come out shortly and that it was "PAID" was not what they needed to see which doesn't make sense. Not to mention the lady bringing out the orders was very condescending in her tone. I truly will never place another mobile order here again.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 mcmuffins and 2 iced coffees because they were out of the flavor that was ordered and didn't say anything. If they actually took orders instead of forcing you to use the kiosk they could have let us know they didnt have that flavor. They just moved on to the next ordered and left ours just sitting there. Everyone from the drive thru was coming back in to complain as well. I would leave 0 stars in possible
