The Chico mall ain't what it used to be and this place fits right in. Looks like the garlic parmesan pretzel was removed from the menu, super disappointing. I ordered a regular pretzel, and it was the smallest, thinnest, sad little pretzel I've ever received from this place. $6 for a tiny plain pretzel - I feel super ripped off. I wish they'd bring back the garlic parm pretzel and they need work on quality of the items they are currently serving. It used to be a really yummy treat but now I don't know if this place is worth another shot.
