Excellent dental practice - all the way around.

Dr. Acosta & staff are excellent at their craft and also gentle, caring, and instructive. They don't just fix current problems or look for stuff to fix, but tell you how to prevent further dental problems through use of best methods and products.

Office is not only spotlessly clean, but cheerful, and non-threatening. (For those of us who remember the maybe not so good old days of dentistry, that is worth a lot).

Dental Fear? No more. Dr. Acosta is a very experienced dentist in Chico. I used to have lots of anxiety surrounding visiting the dentist. I had previously had a mediocre dentist followed by a nightmare of an oral surgery.... Needless to say, after not seeing a dentist for three years, I decided I needed to get back in the chair. Dr. Acosta listened to my concerns and fears, assured me that he would communicate throughout the process, and was gentle and thoughtful. He is also very funny, with a great sense of humor, and lots of stories to tell from his life (although some might be exaggerations). I have seen Dr. Acosta now twice a year for three years, and could not be happier.

Bottom Line: Dr. Acosta is experienced, kind, and very knowledgeable.
