Mountain Mike's Pizza - Coming Soon

By far the worst mountain mikes I've been to. Called for a pick up order at 6:20pm, they said it would take 25 mins. Waited an extra 18 mins (7:03pm), got told they gave away our wings so we waited an additional 30 mins (7:33pm). An hour and 13 mins for a medium pizza and 8 wings on an empty day???????? Don't go here.

Horrible Service

I love the Mountain Mike's chain. I think they make some of the best pizzas. But this Chico location has the worst service I've come across. I called in for delivery and they quoted me a 90 minute wait time. I get it, sometimes they get slammed. That's fine, I'll wait for my pizza. But no, over 2 hours later my pizza shows up. It's cold. It had obviously been sitting out for over an hour.

It's obvious that they weren't slammed, or they wouldn't have been able to make my pizza right when I called. The time and order management at this location is inept and unprofessional. I've never seen a delivery time under an hour from this store.

Don't order from the 5th Street location EVER. Order from Mangrove.
