I was on the faculty of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley for 10 years, and I am a certified CST Teaching Assistant with the Upledger Institute. My hands-on style is firm and clear, but also gentle and sensitive to your body and your needs. I am a also a certified Nutrition Consultant, with over 1000 hours of training and 19 years of working with clients. I have a focus on women's health and chronic pain. I have been on the faculty of Bauman College for 9 yrs. My nutrition approach is holistic. I pay attention to many major systems in my clients: blood sugar balancing, adrenal/stress response, neurotransmitter/mood balance as well as digestive and metabolic strength. My work is complimentary to your doctor's treatment plan. My style is not to be pushy or insistent. I listen to your story without judgment, and work co-creatively with you to overcome blocks and create lasting change.
