VA Outpatient Clinic

Since the new clinic opened I have utilized dental, optometry. audio and primary care units. All experiences have been with individuals who were professional, courteous and empathetic to all my health care needs. I have found that if you put aside your anger and attitude it makes life easier for everyone involved. If you give respect you will receive respect and this medical staff does an exemplary job in a definite overwhelming area of dealing with the countless veteran issues that come before them. Also if you have a positive experience fill out a patient survey card and let those who helped with your issues know that you appreciate their time and assistance.

So far, so good, with Dr. Dorjee and RN Case Manager Nwajzugbu. Appointments have NOT taken months to get with Dr. Dorjee. He and Mr. Nwajzugbu are very responsive.
