They were amazing at first, and then just kind of turned into a totally different organization where they were no longer responsive, kept giving me the runaround when I really really needed with a constantly pregnant mommy cat I couldn't get near but finally was able to trap, and was encouraged multiple times over by this organization to contact them as soon as I got her, so I finally did, and they were unwilling to help once I finally had her. She has since had six litters on my property because they stopped being the organization that they started out as. They are the only organization anywhere within a couple hours every direction that helps with tnr, so it's really sad that they became useless. There are literally no resources for helping with the millions of un-fixed and vaccinated cats in this part of CA now.
