Iv been waiting 3 hours for a "half hour wait" appointment and still haven't been seen as the disease spreads from the left eye to the right eye. I was told pets were taken my level of severity and apparently swollen eyes aren't more important than a cat getting fixed. I can hear 4 employees laughing and not working through the door as if it's a never ending lunch hour. How great it must be to get paid to laugh and not help animals like your job entails. As of the new year Id never take my dog or tell anyone to bring their pet here. It's all a show to take your money bc their the only 24 hour place in town.

Dr. Dohner is a great vet - he was nice enough to spend a long time with me to teach me how to care for my first puppy. He was the walk-in vet of the day and even then really took his time to be thorough and answer all of my questions and concerns.
