I am not in the landscape industry and only go to Normac when something breaks in my landscape irrigation, (so not very often) but every time I go in they welcome me as if I am a friend. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, they always have what I need, and they actually go out of their way to get me the best deal possible on the products I purchase.

Normac and their great customer service team is one of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable teams I've encountered. I have stoped there a few times over the past few years so I would not consider myself a regular customer. But that never really matters to them. Every time I go in there they're full of great advice, tell me exactly what I need, and sell me a high-quality product at a great price. It has been refreshing to shop there by getting such great service, great prices, and a much better product than I had purchased before from the big box stores.
