Antonette, Tracy & four other ladies! Five star Their customer service is phenomenal they go above and beyond to help the Walmart customers.

This particular Walmart is the only Walmart in my area specifically Chico California. That being said I moved here in 2019. I have seen a huge transformation as far as Walmart being more diverse in hiring more minorities. Not sure if it's management, but new hires don't stay long leaving this particular Walmart short of staff, long lines, Progressively it's getting worse. The new employees have no knowledge of where the merchandise is located, horrible Customer Service. The only thing you can count on is a Walmart employee standing at the front door to ask to see your receipt before you leave...CARRIE! I believe she is a new lead employee. It takes 30 minutes to get help when you push the button to retrieve anything that's locked up...assuming things are locked up due to the overwhelming number of thieves who come and steal! I mean it's getting out of hand. Walmart have a hand full of sales associates Antoinette,! four others whom I can't think of their names...these hard working ladies go above and beyond to help Customers. THANK YOU !! Last night myself stopped by the Walmart to purchase a tripod in the electronics department. The batteries was dead in the remote was told to go to the front desk to purchase batteries. We proceeded to the front where we notice Carrie!! whom I believe is a lead. She was just rude, snappy, arrogant , I couldn't believe the way she acted. It's ridiculous that people who are in a leadership position cannot lead by example. She's one of those people you have to be cautious of. That being said if you need to shop at this Walmart it's best to go during the hours of 8:00am 4:00pm !! Proceed with I would recommend that Walmart provide training, and hire reliable employees.

PS: I am a regular customer who literally shop @ this particular Walmart once a day !! ‍
