ODS is a small and welcoming parish. In the wake of the devastating Camp Fire, I was impressed with the church's response that I saw: offering parking for RVs on church grounds, renting portable toilets, organizing donation drives, and adding special masses specifically for Paradise parishioners so they could still worship together. Recently, we got a new pastor and he brings a youthful energy that is fun to see.

Good diverse crowd with common goal of learning more about our Catholic faith. Father Rainier was awesome until he was transferred. Father Mike is awesome but retired and sometimes shows up to do mass.
