Peach Tree Vision Chico

i need to retract my first review of peach tree vision ?
they are very good at gaslighting their customers, clients.
pretending they care,kindness comes from the inside not the outside...

this place is terrible, unprofessional, dishonest. i would not recommend this company to anyone. please go somewhere else !
i went in january had a eye test, ordered glasses, they told me 5-6 weeks ?
ok, no problem,patient , waiting...now it's 5 months yes 5 months..
get a text yesterday, that my glasses are in, great i live 32 miles away so i call this morning ? yes they are there ? great,
go in wrong glasses, wrong color, wrong prescription!! they blame me ? how does that work ?
why would i pick a pair that were not flattering to my face ? why would i pick the worst color for me ? why would i get bifocals, when doctor didn't prescribed them ? plus harder for me to see ?

i spoke my mind, this is bad, how can you treat a person that was nice, understanding that things sometimes take longer so terrible .
i did not scream or yell,
i did raise my voice , but was not rude...
left to drive another 32 miles home...i get a phone call , from the front desk gal, are you still in town, actually on freeway.. you can come back have a eye test and get a new prescription?? being very condescending even narissistic...how can i trust you and your company to do what is right.. how long will it take ? will i get the right glasses ? do i have to wait another 5 months ?
burned once ,out of chances....
i need glasses badly and you have put me in a terrible situation. here's an idea, hold yourselves accountable, get people in there that will do a job, or just close your office, bc you have no honor or intregy and just do not care !! i read many reviews and thought ok, bad days, a few were nice , so i thought i would give it a try ?
this was disgraceful..
LOVE YOUR RESPONSE IF THIS HAPPENED, I DROVE 64 MILES TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP, AND NOW ACCUSED OF LYING, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE. AS I SAID, "UNPROFESSIONAL !"

This place is wonderful! ALL of the staff are friendly, with smiles, and very professional. Made me very comfortable and explained everything.
