I Would not go to this law firm if you have been involved in a car accident that was not your fault especially if you have video proof. They are horrible, go to Sacramento get a real law firm. I thought they would be decent I was wrong. Having had experience with a real law firm in San Jose, this law firm is 2nd rate.

After many, many months of waiting the first attorney to come thru for me, he was unable to get information from Medicare and then he dropped my case. I am skeptical of P.I. attorneys so I asked around and then searched Yelp and found Penney Lawyers. I thought I'd "roll the dice," take a chance and booked a free interview expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised, however. I met with Dillon Whitsett. He was understanding and addressed my situation right away. He did get results from Medicare rather quickly and negotiated a satisfactory settlement for me with the insurance company. Dillon communicated well, was trustworthy, never left me hanging or in doubt and I felt my interests were well represented. Suzie their secretary is really on the ball. Good communication there also. Therefore, I can highly recommend Dillon Whitsett at Penney Lawyers if you need to be represented in a personal injury case. I am not being compensated for this.
