Rapture

Made my appointment with no consolation, then when I got there Andrea didn't want to do what I wanted. I asked for a full bayalage with a darker color underneath and a shadow root, she said a shadow root wouldn't look good......I got hylights and put under the dryer with foils in my hair, my hair was totally over processed and she was not gentle while brushing through it. I also had to fix her cut because there was shelving through my layers. As a result, 70% of my blonde was the tone I wanted but the other half was very yellow and I was told to "use that purple shampoo." As a hair stylist myself, my end result was very achievable only if she would've taken the time to do it:( definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Andrea is amazing! Been going to her for years and years! She is the only one who can make my dark hair a beautiful blonde time and time again! My hair always looks and feels great when she's finished. She is simply hands down the best! Thank you for always making my hair awesome!
