I had an appointment with Lisa at 6pm yesterday. I got there 10 minutes early. 10 minutes after my set appointment I was still waiting. Two other stylists had asked me if I been helped and I said I had an appointment with Lisa. They both said she was still with someone. Lisa never came to the lobby to let me know she was running late. I do not mind waiting but I feel it's not respectful of my time to not acknowledge me and let me know how long you'll be. After more waiting, I stood up near the stylists to show I'm waiting and wanted to ask if I should just reschedule. Both looked at me and didn't say anything and continued their conversations. After waiting another 5 minutes I just walked out. I hate writing a bad review but I feel service and respect is just as important as getting a good cut.

DONT BOOOK W NATALIE she will make rasist comments and make you feel out of place. She won't due what you ask for becuase she said that i had african like hair whatever that means. she will make you wait 30 minutes after your appointment time. Very disappointed SAID SHE COULD BLEACH MY HAOR BECUASE I wouldn't pull of the blond. UNACCEPTABLE RASISTS
