The purpose of this place is basically a middleman so you don't have to deal with dmv. They boast about no lines but the three times I've gone there I've waited between 30 to 45 minutes and they don't seem to allow appointments so unless you have at least an hour to spare and sometimes too depending on how complicated your situation is after you've already waited 30 to 45 minutes, you basically need to carve out potentially 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours of your day. Really no different than DMV. It's kind of a thrown together place with randomly placed desks and shelving and dogs whimpering and barking from a back is really really strange! Love dogs, but it's really unprofessional. Two of the three times I've been there, they don't even acknowledge you at all. You just have to hope they see you and call you next even though there's no Rhyme or Reason to everyone sitting there so you don't know what place you are in line or if they're going to take some matters over others in any particular order. They don't even speak to you or look at you until they're basically telling you it's your turn, which is really really strange! The office could be about 80% smaller, as it's such a waste of space
