I had an excellent experience having Mr. Runyan tune our piano. Making the appointment was easy and I was able to do it online. There were follow up emails for confirmation and to clearly outline what COVID-19 precautions he would take while here in our home. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time. He assessed our piano and gave me options for repair with no pressure whatsoever. It's an old piano and certainly could have had further repairs, but we opted for just a tuning and to have a string repaired. He spent almost 3 hours here, did a thorough job and the piano sounds GREAT! I cannot recommend Runyan Piano Service enough. Wonderful experience!
