Dr. Selby and his team; Kerri (dental assistant), April (office administrator) and Tracy (dental hygienist) are all masters at their craft. I was fortunate enough to find them for a massive amount of dental work, ending with an 11-unit bridge. Not only am I impressed with the quality of their work and pain management, but their family-friendly personalities is a welcome change from what I typically experience dealing with dentists or pretty much business. Additionally, Dr Selby accepts Veterans Community Care patients, and that says a lot because my research exposed that it's rare due to the big hurdles and minimal compensation the VA offers for outside services. I'm so glad I took the time to research and choose them, it's the best decision I made in 2021. I actually look forward to my cleaning appointment this coming January. Improved availability is about the only thing I can think of to improve.

Recent experiences make it difficult to recommend this dentist unless you have a great deal of time and patience. Office hours are Tues, Wed and Thurs only. Not easy to schedule appointments by phone because of limited days staff is in the office. Vacation and closed for lunch signs often missing or not reliable for patients. Have had the experience of staff making written appoints for days when the office is closed so you have to monitor appointment reliability. If the result is missing an appointment because of staff error, re-scheduling can result in an appointment weeks later. While everyone is friendly a certain amount of efficiency and consideration of patients seems to be missing. Fortunately there a other dental practices with more available days and hours for appointments.
