I have shopped there now for over two years since we moved on this side of town. They were always really nice until one day I paid for a bag of ice and forgot to pick it up because the ice is outside so I came back the next Day and told the cashier that I forgot to pick up my ice yesterday and had my receipt and told him I was going to pick it up now. He said okay.I came in the next day to buy some ice cream and the owner Jesse said to me in front of three customers that was standing behind me don't ever come in here again and say you forgot to pick up your ice to somebody else other than me because they don't know if you pay for it or not. I told him I am not a dishonest person I would never come in here had I not paid for the ice and not received it. He then said I don't know if you pick it up or not. I then told him I will never shop there again I will go to tower from now on.he then said whatever. Watch out when you shop.
