This Starbucks location is the slowest unorganized and this Starbucks location has plenty of staff, yet can't get orders out in a timely manner. Employees at this location ignore online orders and let items sit on counter 10-15 mins before bagging them up. I don't recommend this location plenty of other Starbucks that give better service and when their online orders are ready they bag them up unlike 851 east ave.

The only thing worse than being given what you didn't order, is being given the wrong product with a bad attitude. I ordered one drink, received a variation that I didn't want, and when I asked the server I got rolled eyes and a sigh. The food portion was correct, but when I asked for a fork, rolled eyes and a spoon tossed on the counter.
I had thought this place had gotten it together ~ I was very wrong!- helpfull 0
