Doc Sterzer is fantastic. He's patient, listens to you & is very thorough. His staff is excellent, too!!

Dr Sterzer was very kind, sympathetic, listened to my complaints, & did a great job at evaluating me.
The office staff was pretty good & one woman in particular, who I didn't get her name, was especially appreciated when she held my hand during my cystoscopy after I started feeling sorry for myself because the numbing agent didn't work. She has a great personality & was very professional. The billing department did her job & was friendly enough.
The office as a whole is very small but they schedule people so that there is little to no wait time. I believe I waited a little due to my early arrival, no fault of theirs.
I am very thankful Dr. Sterzer is still practicing. After exhausting all typical avenues in Redding, I asked to be referred to Chico so I could be seen sooner for what I thought was kidney stones. The office girls got me in very quickly compared to everywhere in Redding & they got me in for imaging in record time while Reding had me on a wait list for 4 months out!! I was able to be seen initially, be seen for a follow up with Dr Sterzer & went over the imaging results all in less than 2 weeks! The lobby, restroom & exam rooms are all very clean & getting in & out quickly is normal.
I would absolutely go back if I needed similar help. For those who had a less than optimal experience due to staff, please only take off 1 star. The doctor is truly wonderful & the reason we went there. In addition, office staff tends to come & go. The doctor remains the same.
