Poor services. Disgraceful staff. Highly unprofessional. Unclear communication. Extremely poor quality work at a very high price. Will never be returning! Zero stars.

I ensured that the Muffs were well aware of the issues that I have been experiencing with my teeth for over a decade. I have had seizures which broke many molars, an auto-immune disease which has diminished my bone health, as well as an overbite which braces did not fix. So, I got a personal referral to the Muffs, who I was told were great dentists and family friends of my man.
My man got us signed up for delta dental insurance, imagining that they would cover a hefty portion, since we were paying just under one thousand dollars for my coverage. Willow Creek dentistry claimed that they accepted delta dental. After receiving most of the treatment in 2019-2020, I am experiencing pain and discomfort with the work the Muffs performed. I sent Willow Creek Dental an email asking for my records so I could figure out how long I've had this bridge. Come to find out that it was April 12, 2019 when I was charged over three thousand dollars for my bridge. Delta dental did not cover a penny of it. I would have chosen against a bridge if I knew my insurance company wasn't paying for it. And the Muffs had to destroy a perfectly good tooth to make the bridge.
Delta dental were charged only an astonishing $277.30 for my over $6,000 bill which included root canals, fillings, crowns, one bridge, cleanings, re-cementing crowns, and my re-visit for the Muffs to fix their previous work. Why would I pay just under $1,000 to get only $277.30 back from that investment???? Impossible staff to communicate with. I messaged Jim Muff 12/22/22 which I am awaiting a response.
Pretty shitty to pay out of pocket to be treated like employees in the dental office do everything that they can to be as unhelpful as possible.
At my last out of pocket dentist experience at Western Dental, I learned it was a rip off to pay for dentistry. Apparently, no matter who it is or how highly the recommendation, all dentists are shady business persons.
