Absolutely ridiculous! Came in they made an appointment for me at 3:10... arrived early waited, came time for my appointment and waited until 3:35, the lady that was supposed to cut my hair, decided to take over another stylist haircut. Asked how long it would be because I was on my lunch break no response wasted so much time for no reason not even an apology.
