This Bet is now known as Chico Pet Vet. I am appalled of the level of service my daughter who is a student in college was taken advantage of. She dropped of her cat for an exam because her cat was not feeling well. She was told to drop off her cat and once the Dr.Lewis examined her cat she would receive a call with the next steps. Well, they failed to give her a call and they Dr Lewis took it upon herself to perform unauthorized exams without giving my daughter the opportunity to approve or decline such exams. Obviously my daughter would have declined because of the bill amount. Well, they called my daughter to pick up the cat because he was ready to go home. The receptionist gave her a bill of $831 dollars!! the cat turned out to have a fever and constipation. The exams the cat had was as if he was going into surgery. They failed to give my daughter an itemized bill. I have never experienced something like this. The vet office is supposed to give you an itemized bill first and wait for approval from the patient. Dr. Lewis never spoke to my daughter when she dropped off the cat or when it was picked up. No explanation. If the bill does not get adjusted I will be filing a small claims case against them.

Our puppy died within 2 days of getting her. Horrible experience and would stay far away from this place in the future.
