I made a request online for an appointment, they called me the next day and were able to get me in quickly. The person I talk to was very informative and gave me a great overview on what to expect. Once the technicians arrived for my appointment, they were thorough, did a great job on covering everything I needed done with the chimney, explaining everything to me along with keeping everything neat and clean. And now we are able to enjoy the chimney with peace of mind. Highly recommend

I hate leaving a bad review for any company. BUT, In The case of THIS company.....I felt people need a warning before contacting this company. My best description is "SNAKE IN THE GRASS" approach. Will talk up what will be done (I would say lie) and then charge something different (more) and without doubt do the bare minimum (not what was promised). I have renamed this company: The MOLDY GLOVE CLEANING SERVICE!
