Deep Steam Carpet Upholstery & Tile Cleaners

Deep Steam Carpet Cleaning is the best we've ever found. We bought our house 2 years ago, and the white carpets had been cleaned twice since we bought it, using carpet cleaners recommended by our realtors who are Chico natives. We used 2 different companies before, and as they did good jobs, they never were able to completely get the highly trafficked areas clean. Steve with Deep Steam Carpet was our third attempt and he DID get the carpets completely clean and white again. He even cleaned the corners between the carpet and the wall where it was black. I thought those corners were a lost cause from years of not being vacuumed, but Steve cleaned those and got the corners clean and white also! He did a lot of extras we hadn't even asked for. And he is very friendly and courteous and respectful. You would expect to have to pay a big premium for such good service, but the price was fabulous! Deep Steam Carpet Cleaning has very powerful steam-cleaning equipment that can really get at the dirt and extract it. I am not one to normally write reviews, but every time I vacuum, I marvel at how great a job Steve did, so I decided I really needed to write this review. We will always ONLY have Deep Steam Carpet Cleaning clean our carpets from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This was the first time that we had used Steve for his carpet cleaning services and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work. Excellent knowledge, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. We will definitely use his service again.
