Our business started in 1988 as a chimney sweep service in Grass Valley, CA, founded and operated by Hubert and his wife Wilma.Later we added a retail store front and an internet sales website selling fireplaces, stoves, parts and accessories all over North America.In 2011 we decided to expand into Chico, when we found out that there was a need for a dedicated and service oriented hearth products store offering a large range of high quality fireplace products.

Walked into the store, wasn't greeted or acknowledged. Employee was talking with a person who seemed to be a sales rep. Not a potential customer. After standing there awhile we just left.

$249 for the service visit plus, the cost of whatever you need done. In my case, chimney cap addition at $160 plus tax, total over $450 ish.
