Able Plumbing & Electrical

We've used Able Plumbing & Electrical 3 times now for 3 separate plumbing issues. We had 3 different technicians and all of them were great! Walked us through exactly what they thought the issue was. They also told us an estimated cost before they started any actual work. And every time I call, the customer service person is always extremely helpful. We'll use them every time for any plumbing issues!

First time having to use a plumber in our 20 years in Chico. The office staff were friendly and very helpful on the phone taking the time to explain what to expect and answering all of our questions. Our plumber, Trevor K., was great. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns. Trevor explained every step of the way what he was doing, why he was doing it, and offered us alternatives when appropriate. Nothing about our repair felt forced or like we didn't have options. In the end Trevor was able to fix the problem which was a small water leak in one of our walls. He even answered some off-topic questions unrelated to our repair and gave us some quotes to replace a water heater. We feel comfortable with Able Plumbing and will use them again in the future with any plumbing needs.
