We had a major blockage in our sewer line and the first company home warranty sent out tried to clear the line but was unable to. They then sent Watkins out as the backup.
Usually when dealing with home warranty it may not be the best companies out there but that is not the case here.
Watkins Plumbing was pleasant, clean, respectful and didn't leave until the job was done. It was a ton more work than expected but he made sure the job was done before he left. I'll be calling them for future work with or without home warranty 10/10 recommend.- helpfull 0
