I wish I could give BKG Plumbing more than a five star rating! Brien Gregg, the owner, returned my call promptly at the beginning of the next business day. I explained my issue - a laundry drain line that was completely obstructed AND the obstruction was under (or encased in) the concrete slab. Brien worked me into his busy schedule and came to my home a few days later to evaluate the problem. I already knew the slab had to be excavated to expose the damage and also that the vent pipe was damaged. He explained everything he believed needed to be done and provided me a written estimate. The following week, Brien and his assistant Will performed the work as described and stayed late to finish the job that day. Brien and Will addressed any and all questions I threw at them throughout the day and were the ultimate professionals. BKG's website makes three promises: "Reliability" - they were here when I needed them; "Integrity" - they offered the best solution; and "Satisfaction" - BKG Plumbing definitely exceeded my expectations!
