Willingham Accounting

After many years with this firm I was dropped when the CPA that handled my taxes left the firm. When I initially asked Ms. Willingham what had happened her response was basically, "We've dropped many others who have been with us longer than you." No apologies or empathy. When I shared that I had been promised my amended return (due to tax legislation re. PG&E payments) would be done for free, I met with resistance and doubt about the legitimacy of my claim. After verifying my claim I was told the promise would be honored when guidelines were established regarding the process. After two months of unanswered emails and phone messages (and long after the guidelines were made available) I finally gave up and asked my new CPA to complete the amended return. It took her about three days to complete. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ms. Willingham for tax services.

Went to Samantha Willingham for our 2018 taxes. Suffice it to say our experience has made her our CPA for life! She is thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to visit. Taxes are no longer a dirty word with Samantha handling them. Could not recommend her more highly.
