I don't even think this insurance agency Deserves a one star!!!! The professionalism at this agency needs a lot of TLC especially from Heather Short herself!!!! We have been with this company for over 5 years now, and they kept raising their rates on us. So we went from $180 of March 2017, to $299 in March 2018. I understand that the insurance went up 7% this year but trying to figure out why ours doubled! We called and tried to get an exclamation on why it jumped up, and they would not give me a straight answer! She just looked at the computer and was not willing to look any further into detail or help us resolve our problems so we switched!!! So the moral of my story , i hope I'm happier with our new insurance Carrier...
