Farmers Insurance - Gregory Flener

Loved my experience dealing with Huck (Gregory). It's been rather stressful going through dealing with all the issues that had come with the devastation of the #campfire where we lost our rental home and our renter displaced. We were accidentally billed by the insurance for full coverage of the structures, etc., and I thought OMG, I gotta call and deal with this? Everything burnt down to the ground ppl! But my first conversation w/Huck was very calming and reassuring that he would have some options for me. Explaining what he understood of the options and telling me he wanted to make a few calls to be sure he was giving me the right information. WOW, isn't that refreshing??? Ever get info, use it and they say "Oh, no, that's not correct", Ah, don't you guys all work for the same place? But not here, I received very quick responses to my emails, assurances that the options are good to go and two days later my issue has been resolved and to include a REFUND to boot.
