Allure Restoration and Construction

Literally the worst experience that I have had while rebuilding my home. I contracted directly with Allure to redo my driveway. Part of that deal was to put in a drain that connects to existing down spouts coming off the house. I paid Allure 43 days ago as of this writing and was assured that the the job would be completed the following week. Day after day, week after week, and I just received excuses.

The flurry of text messages coming from our contact(Allure) since being paid have been deceptive, and really just rude/combative. They have been paid and they don't want to finish the job. Customer service is an issue for this company.

I have called their main number to try to talk to the owner, Jack, but the "mailbox is full" and was directed to hang up by the recording.

Word to the wise: DO NOT PAY THEM IF THEY HAVE NOT FINISHED THE WORK.

Worked for them for about 2 weeks. was hired as a finisher/form setter. has me doing labor jobs instead. some of which are not even concrete work. Gets all mad and starts yelling at me for not doing the job he hired me for, yet HE is the one in charge of telling me where to go and what work to do. Crew doesnt do the job properly and uses many shortcuts. They dont even start jobs right by scraping the ground and clearing it of debri before they start trenching, which they use a skidsteer to do instead of an actual trenching tractor. expects employees to lie on time cards saying they took a lunch break when no lunch break was had. Told me they would "call me when they had work" instead of just letting me go so i could get a job with a real construction company instead of this "i know a guy" construction. dont waste time hiring this company as there are better ways to throw your money in the trash.
