I would have given it 5 stars but there is a white haired Buffon on a golf cart that looked like he wanted to fist fight all because I asked him is it ok to dump my old tore tarp in a dumpster with no sign! I pay on time every month for my storage and I had a old tarp that needed to be discarded? As he rolls up all blazing pissed I asked him is this ok? He didn't answer the question just said it gets filled up so quick and "never again" he says I said YES OR NO is it ok cause I'll
Take it out! Then he points at me and says it again "never again" he treated my in laws like shit during the campfire! Customer service goes along way! The lovely ladies in the office are so sweet...this man is a hotheaded asshole!!- helpfull 0

I called and all of a sudden i felt like a inconvenience to them. I called asking for simple information on the storage unit and immediately she was rude from the start... poor customer service .
