Animal Riders

Horrible customer service- so I rented 3 of these animals for 30 mins- cost me $45. After 10mins one of the animals wouldn't steer straight it kept steering to the right so essentially the animal was going in circles. The lady said her animals dos that sometimes, she only had one more animal she could trade out which also had steering problems and was bumpier ride...so we opted to try that one- she then made the statement that once we chose an animal we need to stick with it and it was the last time she would ever let us trade out an animal. As if it was our fault her animals were broken. She also mentioned that they are used so much that the batteries don't hold charge so if they didn't work it was out of her control.

0 stars but would not let me do it, the person who works these animals every time I go is so awful and mean to children and not just my own.
I was astonished at how she scream in a demonic tone at my child for letting a stuffed ride on toy that we previously rented. YOU CANT B MAD AT A kid for being a kid!!!!!! She is a ticking time bomb and I'm sure should not be working around children or anything "living" for that matter.
