Really disappointed. I've been coming to this location every other week for months, call in only, never dined in, and have always received happy hour prices from the original workers here. The really nice host with the mustache and the really nice hostess who has been there since that location opened. Today, there were employees I've personally never saw before. The girl was nice but the boy (emphasis on boy) told me that I am mistaken and that every other time I've been charged, I've been charged wrong (at least 10-12 past orders I guess?). He didn't even check with a manager (if a manager was even there) and was rude, just straight up said "well they've been charging you wrong then." In a sassy tone (yall know which employee I'm referring to) I'm in customer service (a manager), specifically food, and if there's a misunderstanding, you at least come to a resolution or have enough customer service skills to fix the problem and make sure the misunderstanding is understood for next time.. being a small business, I would recommend hiring people who appreciate the customers not push them away. And just to make a point, the kid was so rude that I almost took my tips out of the jar. I recommend going to Rice Bowl for sushi, their prices have been the same for years and the quality of fish is the same as this place, if not better (and really good raspberry ice tea). They have a Philly roll for $7, and even though it's 6 pcs it's really like 12 pcs! They're huge! Go to Rice Bowl! Again, I am bummed that I won't be going here anymore because I've had great conversations with the employees who are usually working. You guys rock! The boy does not! And to be honest, the tacos just don't hit like they used to/: overly fried. And I just looked in the bag, no chopsticks for sushi... yeah... get some new workers. Or hire me and I'll show great customer service and solve any problems at hand with a smile on my face because customers come first and it's important to make sure people have a positive experience. Also, I do have to say, the gyoza was really good.

Had two back to back bad experiences here. They charged me full price for my takeout order but forgot several rolls. I called and was told I would be refunded. After two weeks of no refund I called again to ask if they were going to refund me. They said their manager was out and they did not know how to give me a refund. Another week went by with two more phone calls with no result. They eventually figured it out and I was refunded.
I came back here and placed another takeout order. Got it home and they gave us the wrong order that has none of what we ordered. I called again and they said they would refund us. That was two weeks ago and still no refund. So now I have to keep calling to try and get a refund which they still say they don't know how to do.
