Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is hands down the most consistently inconsistent chipotle I've been to. Every time I go, they are out of most items. They end up under cooking food trying to get it out fast, which ends up decreasing the quality. Ordering for delivery is also a joke. If your entire order is not completely incorrect, they forget an entire item. This review was written after 10+ negative experiences with this specific location. Every other chipotle in Chico is great!!

I usually LOVE getting chipotle, specifically from this location. However, with the horrible service I received today from the older man at the cash register, I will NEVER spend another dollar at this store. The store wasn't too busy so when I arrived to pick up an order I was happy to see it was completed on time. When I looked through the bag to verify that I received all my food, I noticed my burritos were smaller than usual, roughly 4 inches which is insanely small for a $12.50 burrito. I expressed my concern and apologized for any inconvenience and the worker responded with extreme rudeness and blamed me for ordering the rice on the side as it apparently is the only reason the burrito is larger. I was extremely disappointed in his response and left, only to later find out they ALSO didn't add any steak to the burrito, after I paid for it. I'm extremely upset that my concerns were disregarded so quickly and especially when I discovered the issue after the fact. 0/10 Will NEVER recommend.
