Been buying Baskin Robbins for years, about twice a month. Have stopped in at this location many times. But since May or so, their AC seems to be broken. Nothing like being inside the store on a hot day and watching your ice cream melt down your hand. Stopped in today, 7/9/24--it was so hot i just turned around and walked out. Feel sorry for the employees working there.

I'd give minus stars if I could. Never seen such filth in a Baskin Robbins. Forget about taking your child here. Counters, floors, inside and outside absolutely disgusting. Will never go back. They should be fined and shut down until the place is sanitized. Hate to think what the freezers and kitchen look like. Don't go!
