Body Resort

I recently got a 90 minute massage from Lora Jay and she is amazing! It's very rare that I fall asleep during massage but she relaxed me so deeply that I slipped into a peaceful slumber for a little while, until she gently asked me to turn over.
She's intuitive, professional, and a clear communicator- letting me know ahead of time what to expect and making sure I felt comfortable to communicate my needs regarding pressure/intensity and areas of concern.
Lora is also very knowledgeable and offered me suggestions for how to ease tension in my leg muscles using a foam roller, to continue loosening the muscles she worked on.
She also doesn't rattle on with unnecessary chatter...unless that's what you want. I prefer quiet time to reflect and breathe into the work.
Her demeanor is relaxed and soothing and at no point did I feel rushed, including afterwards when she encouraged me to take a few minutes to stretch and breathe before rising to dress.
Lora is a true healer. I highly recommend her and I'll be returning again to receive her magic touch, for sure! :)

Love this place! I have been seeing Erynn for my skin treatments before my wedding and they have been great! She took the time to find out what I wanted and what my skin needed and customized a plan. The facials have been wonderful and extremely relaxing. She also gives AWESOME foot and hand massage when there is a peel or mask on your skin. I usually fall asleep at this point ;).

I also have been seeing Andrea for my hair and she is amazing well. Its an all in one salon and spa! Andrea has always been great with cut and color and never cuts too much off, which is really important to me. She also gives amazing massage when washing your hair. Always a pleasant and relaxing experience at The Body Resort.
