I arrived early before the store opened because I was hoping to purchase my item as early as I could because I had other things to do. The store is supposed to open at 10:30. It's past 11 and there is still no one there. Another woman came to the store twice while I've been waiting and could not be helped either. So unfortunately you lost two customers today.

The experience started off with the sales lady on a personal phone call, she quickly hung up, but throughout my visit, I felt I was an inconvenience. Being the only customer in the store and it being my first time there (which I told her), she had an opportunity to make me a repeat customer. I was disappointed in her lack of helpfulness and salesmanship. Needless to say, her phone caller called again before I ever even left the store. Clearly, she was more interested in her personal life than work. It is not likely I will return.
