Hired to upgrade electrical panel. Never completed the job as it failed inspection and was not corrected.

This guy taught me always have a written contract. He did a third of the work, demanded full payment, put a lean on my house and ultimately sued me in small claims where my attorney could not get to him. After he lost he threatened me in the parking lot of the court house. Only use this guy if you want to go through total hell, be threatened and fear for you life.
