We were in a bind before a big heat wave here in Chico. Not knowing who to turn to, we messaged Captain Todd's. They were upfront about their costs which were very reasonable. They not only fix the issue, but made sure to fix the mistakes that the previous electrician left. Super reliable, very personable and respectful. Todd is old school: do the job well, value the customer and be upfront on what the price and issues could be. Highly recommended without hesitation. Would definitely call again.

I needed an electrician with some creativity and Todd was the right guy. I bought an electric car and charging with only 110 took a whole day. Todd listened to me and gave me several ideas and estimates to enable me to charge the car more quickly and cheaply (from $200 to $3000 or more). Most important, he was equipped and ready to do any of them, and he gave me enough information to make the most practical choice for now and have a plan for the future. Plus , he's a "kick" to deal with-- a very personable fellow who is very knowledgeable. Some kid from a big company would have probably recommended rewiring the whole house !
