I spoke with John Schram on the phone today about issues I was having controlling the high cost of electrical use in my residence. He was extremely patient and listened to my concerns. He took his time to explain to me in detail the issues I was facing and the appropriate steps I could take to solve my problems in the most cost efficient manner. I would highly recommend him for any concerns you might have about energy use in your home.

John did a great job inspecting our soon to be home! He was thorough including pictures. And he was on time, and got to work right away. He is friendly, and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
