I highly recommend choosing Jim to do your Whole House Inspection. He is great with clients, communicates well, schedules appointments promptly, and quickly turns in comprehensive easy to read reports with photos. One important thing too is that Jim is one of few inspectors certified by the City of Chico to do inspections on homes that require compliance with the Retrofit Energy Compliance Ordinance - the inspection that tells you if the home will pass muster with the City or if the Seller has to make any energy improvements prior to the close of escrow. Don't forget to check with your Realtor about that when you buy or sell!
