Carpet Restoration Company

Great family owed company! Gerald and Dustin are amazing gentlemen. I am the maintenance supervisor at a property in Chico and have them come out for carpet cleaning and carpet repairs.. They do fantasic work and are honest people. All their employees are very respectful and will greet you with a handshake. They won't sweep anything under the rug. They will let you know if a job is worth doing.They are out to make the costumer happy and that is why I would recommend these men.

I don't usually write on Yelp; however, between my disappointment and/or anger (I don't know which is worse). I called about 2 days before my appointment to schedule my carpet cleaning. I was quoted a price. When the two guys got here, Matt raised the price $50.00. I was in shock and told him what I was quoted. He said he'd come down to a slightly lower price. These were the company prices, he said. I knew I had talked to the owner when I got my original quote and advised him who I talked with. He stated that if the owner wanted to do that price, he'll come and clean the carpets. I told them to go. I've always liked Carpet Restoration. I now no longer trust that one employee, Matt. Now I have to find someone else. Or maybe reschedule with C. R. but not allow Matt to do the job. I'm so disappointed.
